What Is Aerial Fascial Release?
The therapeutic counterpart to The Fascia Healing Method. Using aerial hammocks as your primary tool, you will learn how to release deep fascial tension and rapidly regulate the nervous system. This training teaches you how to guide both private clients and group classes through fascial release postures, decompression, deep stretching, and meditation, allowing you to effectively support and heal multiple clients simultaneously.
