What Is Aerial Fascial Release?
A 3-day accredited instructor training — the class-based counterpart to The Fascia Healing Method. Using aerial hammocks as the therapeutic tool, you'll learn how to guide groups through decompression, stretch, meditation, sound healing, and fascial release in a way that supports large numbers of clients at once.
Aerial Fascial Release – Training Overview
Immersive Training
A 3-day fully guided accreditation teaching safe, effective fascial release through aerial decompression, circulatory support, spinal health and therapeutic movement. Class outlines & business modules. No experience required.
Accredited 50 hour Instructor Certification
3 in-person days + 25 hours of online content. Video tutorials, demonstrations, classes, business models inclusive of Webinars targeting specific conditions.
Aerial Fascial Release
is delivered immediately after each FHM Immersive, making it a natural extension of your training. Accessible, streamlined, and designed to fit smoothly into your pathway. Also available as a stand-alone accreditation.

This therapy is simple, safe, and deeply supportive. Offering standalone classes or integrate Aerial Fascial Release into private sessions before The Fascia Healing Method to prepare the body for deeper fascial release.
Many of my long-term clients use aerial decompression weekly before their table treatment, allowing for deeper release, greater mobility, heightened clarity, and a feeling of being joyfully alive.
