The Aerial Yoga Hammock Kit gives you everything required to begin practising aerial fascial release safely from your first session. Each kit is hand-checked and tested before it leaves us so you can hang with absolute confidence.

The hammock itself is made from a soft, low-stretch nylon designed specifically for sustained inversion and support work. The two included locking carabiners are rated to a maximum strength of 25KN, and the two daisy chain adjuster straps are rated to 10KN with multiple loop points for fine height adjustment.

Whether you are a complete beginner exploring the practice for the first time or a seasoned professional building out a studio rig, this kit provides the trusted foundation that we use in our own teacher training programs.
